He is a former Swiss Air Force and Swissair Pilot, NASA Test Pilot and well known Astronaut.

​He also is a Freediver and Dive Instructor.
Peter holds several Guinness World Records in ice diving. Furthermore, he held a world record to hold his breath for 21min 33sec.

Stephan
​Lendi

Stephan is a sought-after communications professional, on-stage and event host. He prepares international executives for their on-stage and media appearances and coaches TV hosts and radio moderators. Stephan is also fluent in French, Italian and English.
Stephan studied law, media and communication, but he also holds an MBA in global communication and marketing. With almost 20 years work experience, we can say, after his workshop you will know how to tell a powerful story.

“Creating emotions in the corporate environment and on stage”. Stephan Lendi shares his experience and empowers Lions members to advance their communication and storytelling skills for Lions purposes as well as for their own businesses.

Florian
​Achermann
Moreno designs spaces and moves people in companies towards fluid and learning organizations. As a curious and passionate Facilitator and Agile Executive Coach, he supports executives and leadership teams at eye level so that their human potential can develop successfully and a dynamic healthy balance can be established within the company. 
Moreno studied industrial & organizational psychology, then became management coach and facilitator of Management 3.0 approach. In a sabbatical he also studied "Leadership in Strategic Projects" in Sydney. In his more than 20 years of practical experience, his work incorporates psychological and systemic know-how.
Florian is an Agile Executive Coach and with his many years of experience he supports companies in their development and change processes. As an HR specialist, he accompanied various national and international trading and industrial companies and public administration in their cultural and organizational transformations. In doing so, he was involved in program management in roles such as HR manager, Group HR and organizational developer. Florian studied psychology in Madrid and holds a MAS in Human Resources Management. He is passionate about people and their relationships in the work context.
​​Moreno and Florian are fluent in Italian, English and Spanish.
